लालबाग वनस्पति उद्यान बैंगलोर के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे से करीब 40 से 45 किमी की दूरी पर स्थित है। यंहा से बस और प्राइवेट टैक्सी द्वारा पंहुचा जा सकता हैं।
यह सुप्रशिद्ध गार्डन टूरिस्टो के लिए पुरे वर्ष खुला रहता हैं, लेकिन अक्टूबर से मार्च तक लालबाग गार्डन की यात्रा का सबसे अच्छा समय रहता हैं।
