It is one of the largest lord shiva statue in the world depicting the famous Hindu deity Shiva. This idol is known as Adiyogi. This 112 feet high statue weighs about 500 to 600 tons. It took about 2.5 to 3 years to design this Shiva statue. The statue of Shiva’s face has been made by mixing small pieces of metal.
This is the meaning of the name Adiyogi, this huge Shiva statue was built with the idea of promoting yoga. The name of the statue was named Adiyogi because it means the first yogi, Lord Shiva was the first to start yoga.
Cement and concrete have not been used in making the hall of this idol, a place of worship for Shiva devotees has been constructed inside the idol where there is an option of meditation and chanting. Discourses, sport activities, dinners, and other cultural events are often held near this Shiva idol.
Full hd Adiyogi Shiva Statue ,The 112 feet tall Adiyogi Statue, Isha Yoga presents the divine darshan of the most spectacular 3D laser show. This laser show is organized every Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm and on the new moon and full moon of every month. This Divya Darshanam is a 14 minute projection show.

This huge Adiyogi Shiva statue was not constructed by any contractor, but this idol has been made under the supervision of Isha Engineering Department.
Adiyogi Shiva statue is located in the Isha Yoga center of Coimbatore city in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.
The Adiyogi idol is located in the Dhyanalinga complex, about 30 km from Coimbatore city. You can take local bus or private taxi to reach here.
Adiyogi Divya Darshan was unveiled by the President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind in 2019 during Mahashivratri. More than 350,000 spectators had gathered to see this huge statue.
You can visit anytime from morning till evening, but the best time is from 9 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 5.30 pm.
